These terms govern your use of jarevion.com and any purchase you make from it. The store is operated by FORTOP E-COMMERCE COMPANY LIMITED, registered in Hong Kong SAR, trading as Jarevion. By placing an order you agree to what follows.

The products

Everything we sell is hand-blown recycled glass. Dimensions, weights and capacities given on product pages are approximate and vary between pieces. Colour is in the glass itself and is translucent, so it reads differently depending on wall thickness and the light in your room. Trapped bubbles, slight variation in wall thickness and a faint green cast in clear glass are inherent to the material and are not defects. We describe these openly on every product page precisely so that there is no dispute later.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation email. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece turns out to be out of stock, if we have made a pricing error, or if the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel, we refund in full.

Prices

All prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping, which is shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If a price is obviously wrong — a $90 vase listed at $9 — we will contact you rather than ship it, and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel.

Payment

Payment is taken in full when the order is placed. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never pass through us; see our payment and security page. The charge will appear on your statement under FORTOP E-COMMERCE COMPANY LIMITED.

Delivery

Delivery times quoted are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, which means breakage in transit is our problem, not yours — see the refund policy. Import duties and taxes on international orders are your responsibility.

Safe use

These are vases, not drinking glasses, cookware or storage for food. Do not put them in a dishwasher, oven, microwave or freezer, do not pour boiling water into cold glass, and do not leave them outdoors where water can freeze inside them. Do not use a cracked or chipped piece. Keep large pieces where they cannot be knocked over.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs and designs on this store are ours and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for business losses, and nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

If something goes wrong

Email info@jarevion.com first. Most problems are resolved within a day, which is faster than any formal process.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Nothing in them removes any statutory consumer right you have in the country where you live.
