This policy explains what personal information Jarevion collects when you visit or buy from jarevion.com, why we collect it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it. Jarevion is a trading name of FORTOP E-COMMERCE COMPANY LIMITED, registered in Hong Kong SAR.

What we collect

  • When you place an order: your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, and the items you bought.
  • When you pay: a payment token, the card type and the last four digits. We never receive or store your full card number.
  • When you browse: device and browser type, IP address, referring page, and the pages you viewed on this store.
  • When you contact us: your email address and whatever you choose to put in the message.

Why we collect it

To take payment, pack and ship your order, answer your questions, prevent fraud, meet our tax and accounting obligations, and understand which pages of the store are useful. We do not sell your personal information.

Who else sees it

  • Shopify hosts this store and processes orders on our behalf.
  • Payment processors handle the transaction and the card data, which never passes through us.
  • Shipping carriers receive the name and address needed to deliver the parcel.
  • Analytics providers receive aggregated usage data about the store.

Each of these receives only what it needs to do its job. We do not pass your details to anyone else, and we do not sell or rent mailing lists.

Cookies

This store uses cookies to keep your cart between pages, remember your country and language, and measure traffic. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 7 years because tax law requires it. Email correspondence is kept for 2 years. Analytics data is retained in aggregate and is not tied to a named individual.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing, to restrict it, to receive your data in a portable format, or to opt out of targeted advertising and of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that count.

To exercise any of these, email info@jarevion.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, so that we do not hand your data to someone else. There is no charge, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This store is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.

International transfers

We are based in Hong Kong SAR and our fulfilment is in the United States, so your information is processed in both places and wherever our service providers operate. Where required, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects how we use information you have already given us, tell you by email.
