Send your order number and a photo of the piece and the carton. Replacement goes out without needing the broken one back.
What helps us answer faster
Your order number if you have one, the name of the piece, and for a sizing question, the width and height of the space it has to live in. For a colour question, tell us which way the room faces — these are translucent vases and north light changes them.
