About

A Hong Kong company that sells twelve recycled glass vases

That is the whole business. We do not make furniture, we do not do seasonal drops, and we have no plans to sell you a candle. Twelve pieces in three shapes and four colours, made from glass that has already had a life as something else.

Cullet, sorted by colour before it goes near the furnace. What goes in decides what comes out.

Where the colour comes from

There is no coating and no spray. Rockpool green, smoked amber and ember orange are the colour of the glass itself, which is why they read almost grey where a wall is thin and go deep where it doubles at a shoulder. It is also why they will never scratch off, and why no two pieces are quite the same shade.

Clear glass is the honest one. Recycled clear is not optically clear — it carries a faint green cast and a scatter of small bubbles that a factory would reject. We think that is the point, but if you want flawless crystal, buy crystal.

What we will tell you before you buy

Every product page carries the real dimensions and the real weight, flagged as approximate because hand-blown glass varies. Where a piece has a genuine drawback we write it down: the Fen neck is too narrow for a market bunch, the wide Drift needs a surface of its own, the tall Drift is top-heavy until you put a little water in it. You should know that before the box arrives, not after.
