Refund policy

Every piece we sell is hand-blown recycled glass, and it travels a long way to reach you. This policy sets out what happens if it arrives broken, if it is not what you expected, or if you simply change your mind.

Damaged in transit

Email info@jarevion.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the piece and the carton it came in. We will send a replacement at our cost. You do not need to return the broken piece, and you do not need to pay anything.

Wrong item

If we sent the wrong piece, email us within 30 days. We will send the correct one and cover return shipping on the incorrect item with a prepaid label.

Change of mind

You may return any unused piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Conditions:

  • The piece must be unused, unwashed and free of water marks.
  • It must be returned in its original carton and protective packaging.
  • Return shipping is at your cost, and we recommend a tracked, insured service. Glass that breaks on the way back to us cannot be refunded.
  • Original outbound shipping is not refunded.

What is not normal, and what is

Trapped bubbles, slight variation in wall thickness, a faint green cast in clear glass and a colour that reads differently at the shoulder than the lip are inherent to recycled hand-blown glass and are not defects. Cracks, chips and a base that will not stand level are defects, and are covered in full.

Starting a return

Email info@jarevion.com with your order number and which piece you are returning. We will reply with the return address. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we refund to the original payment method. The refund leaves us within 3 business days; how long it takes to appear on your statement is up to your bank, and is usually 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the piece you do not want and place a new order for the one you do — it is faster than waiting for the two to be linked.
