Shipping policy

We ship from a warehouse in the United States. Everything below is in US dollars.

United States

  • Standard shipping — $5.95. Free on orders of $60 or more. Arrives in 3 to 6 business days.
  • Expedited shipping — $14.95. Arrives in 2 to 3 business days.

Rest of the world

  • International standard — $13.95. Arrives in 8 to 16 business days.
  • International express — $26.95. Arrives in 4 to 8 business days.

Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm Pacific on a business day are packed the same day. Orders placed later, or at a weekend, go out the next business day. You will get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves us.

How we pack glass

Every piece ships in a double-walled carton, suspended in moulded pulp and foam so the glass does not touch the box. Pieces over 50 cm ship one to a carton. If you order several, expect more than one parcel — there is no surcharge for that.

If it arrives broken

Email info@jarevion.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the piece and the carton. We replace it at our cost and you do not need to send the broken one back. Full terms in our refund policy.

Delivery estimates are estimates

The windows above are what the carriers quote us, not guarantees. Weather, customs and peak season all move them. If a parcel has not moved for 10 business days, email us and we will chase it or send a replacement.

Addresses

We ship to the address you give at checkout and cannot change it once the parcel has left. Check it before you pay. We do not ship to freight-forwarding addresses, because we cannot honour the breakage guarantee beyond the first delivery point.

Duties and taxes

Orders outside the United States may attract import duty, VAT or handling fees on arrival. These are set by your country, are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and are your responsibility. We do not mark parcels as gifts or understate their value.
