Payment & security

Checkout runs on Shopify. We never see or store your card number, and the page you type it into is not ours.

How your card details are handled

When you pay, your card details go directly to Shopify’s PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment infrastructure over an encrypted connection. They are tokenised at that point. What reaches us is an order record with a card type and the last four digits — enough to match a payment to an order, and nothing more. Nobody at Jarevion can retrieve your full card number, because we never hold it.

Encrypted in transit

Every page on this store is served over TLS. Card data is encrypted between your browser and the payment processor, never in plain text.

Tokenised, not stored

Card numbers are replaced with a token at the moment of payment. We hold the token and the last four digits, not the card.

PCI DSS Level 1

The highest certification level in the card industry, held by the platform processing the payment on our behalf.

A note on what shows on your statement

The charge will appear under our registered company name, FORTOP E-COMMERCE COMPANY LIMITED, rather than under Jarevion. If you are checking a statement and do not recognise the line, that is why.

If something looks wrong

Email info@jarevion.com with your order number before you raise a chargeback. A duplicate charge or a failed payment that still shows as pending is usually resolved the same day, and a chargeback takes weeks longer than we do.

We will never email or call to ask for your card number, your card PIN, or a password. If you receive a message claiming to be us and asking for any of those, it is not us.
