Email is the only channel we run for customer contact, and it is read by a person rather than an automated system. We reply within one business day, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Hong Kong time.

What to include

• An order question: your order number.
• A damaged or wrong item: your order number and a photo of the piece and the carton it arrived in.
• A sizing question: the width and height of the space the piece has to live in.
• A colour question: which way the room faces. These are translucent vases and the light changes them.

Fulfilment

Orders are picked, packed and shipped from our warehouse in the United States. Returns go to an address we will give you by email — please do not send anything back before you have heard from us.
